I’ve been reviewing a lot of investment newsletter and investment opportunity services recently.

And I’ve come to realise that a huge number are little better than the get-rich-quick scams that I’ve uncovered in other niches – such as the biz opp and home business spaces.

One giveaway is that many of these investment newsletters rely heavily on professional copywriting and sales strategies to get you all excited and ready to spend your money – only for you to end up with stock picks that are as good as useless.

And that’s why Capitalist Exploits caught my attention.

Because not only do they seem to lack the aforementioned hype on their sales pages…

But the Capitalist Exploits reviews left by real customers are overwhelmingly positive.

And as I’m about to reveal in my own Capitalist Exploits review below…

I believe that I may have finally uncovered a resource that both new and more experienced investors can leverage to generate a real passive income online.

What is Capitalist Exploits?

Capitalist Exploits is an investment opportunity service.

This means that whilst Capitalist Exploits do NOT provide you with personal investment advice – nor do they instruct you to buy or sell on an individual basis – they do provide you with insights from professional investors and money managers.

So, you’d sign up to Capitalist Exploits’ premium services with the prior understanding that you are paying for information that COULD potentially help you make more informed trading decisions.

I’ll reveal more about the exact products and investment themes in just a moment.

But basically, ‘Insider’ is Capitalist Exploits’ core product – where the focus is on asymmetric risk/reward investment opportunities in multiple areas.

In plain English, this means finding investment opportunities where the potential reward is greater than the risk.

And the second product is called ‘Resource Insider’ – which is directed EXCLUSIVELY towards accredited investors with a focus on public and private investment opportunities in the mining sector.

There’s also a free newsletter available too.

How Does Capitalist Exploits Work?

To my understanding, the Capitalist Exploits thesis as a WHOLE is centred around leveraging geopolitical shifts and capital flows.

And to use their own words, Capitalist Exploits say that: ‘we point out irrational government policy, social movements and the madness of crowds, and equip our readers with unfiltered analysis, regardless of how controversial it may be’.

Strategy wise, this manifests in the asymmetrical approach to risk that I’ve already mentioned, and is thus allegedly capable of producing returns of ‘5x’.

Capitalist Exploits are keen to stress that they are NOT simply financial newsletter authors looking to crank out junk content each month…

But instead are simply offering you the chance to look at the trades they are actually involved in.

What Capitalist Exploits Does NOT Do

I’ve already said that Capitalist Exploits doesn’t provide you with individual investment advice.

And it’s worth clarifying that Capitalist Exploits does NOT provide you with any sort of trading algorithms or EAs (‘expert advisors’) – nor is it a managed investment service.

This means that YOU are responsible for opening your own broker account and managing your funds.

Who’s Behind Capitalist Exploits?

There are a number of individuals associated with Capitalist Exploits.

Chris MacIntosh is the founder of Capitalist Exploits.

Chris has previous experience as an analyst at JPMorgan Chase, and has since gone on to found ‘several multi-million dollar businesses in the investment arena’.

Jamie Keech is the mining engineer and ‘deal maker’ that provides the core insight associated with the Resource Insider service.

Other key figures include Bradley McFadden and Harris Kupperman.

Capitalist Exploits is a registered company (201512744H).

Is Capitalist Exploits a Scam or Legit?

Based on my research so far?

Capitalist Exploits looks to be legit and NOT a scam.

I’ve addressed the Ponzi and pyramid scheme concerns individually below.

And I can tell you that Capitalist Exploits is absolutely NOT a front for an unregulated broker scam – something that is currently rife on Facebook and social media at the moment.

Is Capitalist Exploits a Ponzi Scheme?

Because as I said earlier, YOU are in control of your funds by depositing with your broker of choice.

Meaning that Capitalist Exploits have no way of accessing your money, and so it would be impossible to distribute funds between members to fabricate an ROI.

Is Capitalist Exploits a Pyramid Scheme or MLM?

Because you are not required to recruit others into Capitalist Exploits in order to make money.

Capitalist Exploits do have an affiliate programme – but you only get paid on direct sales.

There are no downlines – or even second tiers – that are required as per the MLM (multi-level marketing) model.

How Much Does Capitalist Exploits Cost?

Pricing for their services are as follows:

  • Newsletter – FREE.
  • Insider – $1,575 per year.
  • Resource Insider – $3,499 per year.

Can You Get a Refund?

The Insider sales page says that you can get a refund within 30 days.

I’m not sure what the refund policy for Resource Insider is.

You can cancel your billing for Insider at any time – to stop it renewing automatically the next year.

Capitalist Exploits Service Breakdown

Capitalist Exploits have three main services.

Here’s an overview of each.

1: Free Newsletter

This is a free resource that is currently being delivered to over 20,000 subscribers – including analysts, private investors, and money managers.

You’ll get free content that pertains to ‘asymmetric opportunities’, with specific topics including:

Underpriced sectors that are set to rebound, the euro-dollar market, how to profit from Bitcoin and blockchain, why most people remain poor, why debt DOES matter, the ‘single most one sided trade in the world today’ and how it could result in ‘life changing returns’.

2: Insider

The Insider service was launched in 2016.

What you’re getting here is over-the-shoulder access to Chris MacIntosh’s investment portfolio.

The idea here is to give you a clear picture of what Chris is investing in, why, and HOW.

Now, I’ve actually been able to take a look inside the membership area, and here’s a list of what you get when you sign up.

You can get instant access to Insider yourself by clicking here.

i) Alerts

Once you’ve signed up and logged in, you’ll be taken to the homepage – which is actually the ‘Alerts’ section.

This is where you’ll find the ‘trade ideas’ that are sent to Insider subscribers.

Trading themes include: copper, US Dollar, uranium, Japan, Aussie housing, shipping, battery metals, offshore oil, rare earths, South Africa, rates, solar, Greece, bitcoin, and ‘special situations’.

The overview will show you the trades Chis is involved in, the timespan, the allocation, exact positions, and a detailed PDF that goes deeply into the reasoning behind the trade.

Opening the PDF allows you to download the trade alert – where you’ll be able to see the trade thesis, trade recommendations, alternatives for US citizens, and the capital percentage exposure.

ii) Newsletters

These are issued weekly.

They basically update you on what the team are looking at.

But you’ll also get info on equities being monitored, analysis on existing sectors, and bonus content.

iii) Webinars

Here you can submit questions to be addressed on the monthly webinars.

Webinars are archived for your convenience.

You can also look through the archived questions to find answers yourself.

iv) Forum

The forum runs on the Slack platform where you can chat with other Insider members.

Topics are segmented into channels.

v) Reports

Here are resources pertaining to core topics.

Such as how to buy bitcoin, do long-short trading, trade options, and thesis updates.

vi) Resources

This section covers topics like the brokers being used, offshore entities, internet privacy and more.

3: Resource Insider

Resource Insider is for accredited investors ONLY.

This service is run by Jamie Keech – who is a mining engineer, and a full time mining, natural resource and commodities investor.

Members are able to invest alongside Jamie in the same deals – on the same terms and on the same timeline.

Past deals include gold mining operations, a private uranium hedge fund, and a copper project.

Capitalist Exploits Reviews

I had a look around for some Capitalist Exploits reviews online from real users.

And I was amazed to find that they were just about all positive.

This is pretty rare for an investment service – where most of the reviews are usually negative and often come with scam allegations.

Good Capitalist Exploits Reviews

At the time of writing – Capitalist Exploits has a 5/5 star rating on Trustpilot based on an aggregate of 58 user reviews.

You can view each of them here.

With some users saying that:

‘The Insider service provided by Chris and his team is outstanding. The information and people behind it are truly top shelf.’

‘Absolutely love CapEx. Long-term plays, be patient. Best newsletter BY FAR that I have ever subscribed to’.

‘I’ve been an investor for over 20 years. Subscribed to a few investment newsletters over that time. This is by far the best service I’ve come across. The research is thorough, well thought out and presented in a clear way. This is not for those looking to get rich quick. This is for those looking to get in before the crowd’.

‘CapEx is a truly rare service that gives you superbly-researched contrarian investment ideas with asymmetrical risk payoff potential that you will simply not find anywhere else. Chris MacIntosh and his team are true pros’.

Capitalist Exploits Complaints

I’ve not been able to find any properly negative reviews thus far.

The only complaint that I could find was that one user had issue with some of the trade insights exhibiting ‘an undercurrent of racial and cultural hostility’.

Capitalist Exploits responded to the complaint on Trustpilot saying in part that:

‘…we’d like to point out that we highlight the political and social trends unfolding…as naturally the ramifications for our portfolios can be profound. Sometimes these truths are politically incorrect and unpalatable dependant on one’s political leanings’.

My Thoughts On Capitalist Exploits

Based on my research and what I’ve come to understand by reviewing similar products, here are my thoughts on the Capitalist Exploits service.

1: Looks Like a Quality Service

As far as investment opportunity services go?

Capitalist Exploits looks like the best option that I’ve seen so far.

I say this because I did some background research on Chris and he does indeed appear to be legit.

Plus, the Trustpilot reviews from users over the years lead me to believe that the quality of information being presented is good.

I also personally enjoy the lack of hype and aggressive marketing used by the Capitalist Exploits team.

2: Appears to Cater to Most Ability Levels

I’ve had a look at the trade PDFs that come with the Insider service myself.

And whilst you will need SOME basic understanding of how to invest – explicit instructions are provided for entering trades.

This means that you can ‘follow along’ with the trades if you so choose.

Just keep in mind that you’re NOT guaranteed to make money.

Which brings me to my next point.

3: Not An Individual Investment Advisory Service

Capitalist Exploits is NOT licenced to provide individual investment advice.

This is stated by Capitalist Exploits themselves in their Disclaimer.

So, always keep in mind that trading carries risk and only ever use money that you can genuinely afford to lose.

4: Best For Long Term Gains

The time frame for the open trades that I’ve seen is typically 2-5 years.

So if you’re looking for a ‘get rich quick’ opportunity – Capitalist Exploits isn’t for you.

  • Excellent user reviews.
  • Praise for the quality of the information provided.
  • Run by reputable company.
  • 30 day money back guarantee (Insider).

  • Not qualified to give individual investment advice.
  • Most trades are for the 2-5 year time frame.

Conclusion: Looks Solid – Highly Recommended

Based on what I’ve seen so far?

Capitalist Exploits appears to be head and shoulders above the low quality investment newsletters and advisory services that I’ve reviewed to date.

I say this based on the excellent user reviews that I’ve read online, coupled with the apparent quality of the investment alerts that I managed to look at.

So if you’re looking for a decent investment opportunity service to potentially help you invest more strategically over the next 2-5 years…

Then Capitalist Exploits ‘Insider’ is my #1 pick at the moment.

Click the button below to get started.

What’s The Alternative?

As far as investment advisory services go – the Insider service is the best that I’ve come across to date.

It’s also pretty well priced compared to some of the seemingly inferior options that I’ve reviewed too.

But if you’re not ready to buy their Insider service?

Then you may wish to check out their FREE newsletter here to be going on with.
